That’s what I think of when I hear the word, nugget. Or maybe gold nuggets. That’s closer to what I’m hoping this post and some future posts will be like: something valuable. Or I could go with chicken nuggets and hope that this post and some future posts will be like that, too: nourishing.
nugget: n. A lump, as of gold.
So here are 3 nuggets. I trust they will fall under the categories of nuggets of wisdom, knowledge, or understanding in some way.
- Have you ever heard someone say, “Don’t put words in my mouth”? But, what a wonderful thing it is if God should put His words in your mouth!
- In most stations in life it is wise to consider the consequences of your choices and actions, but here is one time in your life that you need not worry about the consequences: in following the Lord. (Obeying the Lord is always the right way to go. His will is always best. His own need not worry or wonder about that.)
- The devil cannot defeat God’s love for His people. What a frustrating thing that must be for him, as it forgives, it endures, it binds God’s people to Him forever.
